Fields a powerful robotic army for boarding & internal combat

This Shortest Trip to Earth DLC gives you a unique assault dreadnought , the One Last Run. This veteran warship fields a detachment of heavy battle tanks, combat drones and intruder-spawning nukes that can be sent to board and kill hostile crew by internal combat - ideally after their point-defences have been neutralized. Player will receive extra resources if all crewmembers of an enemy ship are neutralized (a fresh feature in Shortest Trip to Earth).

Over the course of it's long and venerable history, the One Last Run has also acquired and installed a few interesting artifacts and functional exotic technology modules. Due to it's heavy armor, relatively modern materials and strategic military focus, it is rated to have one of the best survival index of all available ships in Shortest Trip.

While the vessel is loaded with rockets, missiles, drones & nukes, there is naturally a downside. Most of the non-combat modules are missing or replaced with something (it's even missing a functional warpdrive). The player has to craft obtain these via crafting or otherwise for a fair chance of survival in the depths of space.

FEATURES

• 1 new playable warship, starting with:

• Intruder drone detachment (1 heavy mecha, 3 battle tanks & assortment of other combat robots)

• Nukes that spawn pre-folded combat droids into enemy ship on impact. More can be crafted from nuke slots.

• Minimal crew but an extra space pet in addition to the cat

• The ship's cat has veteran warpdrive skills (but still an unreliable sense of duty)

This DLC was made to provide a fresh option for players to contribute to the survival of our indie studio while getting the new exclusive warship. Thank you for helping us come this far!
