In strategy mode you don't have to aim, but you must plan your upgrades carefully. Each time you buy, all upgrades get more expensive.
Complete the objectives and get to tier 10. You win if you have enough money. Prestige if you need more.

No auto clicker required. Accuracy is more important than speed, so you won’t hurt your wrist playing this game.

Grinding for meta progression only works when playing on the easiest difficulty level. At higher difficulties progress doesn't carry over between runs.
